The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, assisting with sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and general support. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional approach. Provide accurate information about products and services. Deliver excellent customer service while identifying potential sales opportunities. Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions. Requirements: Prior experience handling US customers is mandatory. Excellent spoken English and communication skills. Experience handling calls and interacting with US clients/customers. Ability to work in a hardcore night shift (US shift). Must be comfortable working night shifts. Must be able to work weekends on rotational shifts. Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
