Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, online research, networking, and other sales activities. Reach out to prospective customers and explain company products/services effectively. Present, promote, and sell products/services to generate business opportunities. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects and maintain lead pipelines. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing clients. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate business solutions. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Handle client queries and provide professional after-sales support. Maintain long-term client engagement and relationship management. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and servicing of clients. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
