Think warehouses, factories, construction sites, retail floors — anywhere humans work with their hands, our data makes robots smarter. What you'll do Reach out to companies across manufacturing, construction, logistics, warehousing, retail and more — and get them excited about participating in our data collection programme. Build genuine relationships with industry partners and check in monthly to keep things running smoothly. Keep a close eye on active accounts to make sure data collection is on track — and jump in fast if something needs fixing. Own your accounts. You will be responsible for a defined set of active industry partners and the results they deliver. What we're looking for A feel for how industries work — manufacturing, construction, warehousing, retail, or any similar environment. No formal experience needed, just an understanding of the ground reality. Someone who can get people on board over a phone call — warm, persuasive, and genuinely good with people. Self-driven and organised — you manage your own time, your own accounts, and your own targets from home. Comfortable with everyday tech — Google Drive, OneDrive, mobile apps. Nothing complicated. Fluent in Hindi and English, spoken and written.
