Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outbound Sales Executive located in the Mohali, Punjab. The main responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, or other outreach methods to generate leads and close sales. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Executive will be responsible for tracking lead progress, managing a sales pipeline, and reporting activities and performance metrics. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management Excellent Communication, Persuasion, and Negotiation Skills Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools Strong Organizational, Time Management, and Documentation Abilities Prior experience in an outbound sales or telemarketing role is highly preferred Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset but not mandatory Familiarity with the US and Canadian business markets is a plus
