Executive – Customer Service
About the Role
Responsible for end-to-end customer service. KPIs as defined under Streamline i.e. (Customer Satisfaction Index, Forecast Accuracy). Process improvements in CSD functions. Feedback from internal stakeholders. Reduce the number of service related complaints. Complaints addressing and closure within T-A-T Knowledge on Customer service, Logistics & Supply chain Insurance process If any transit claim Knowledge on GST, E waybill and mandatory documentation for Export and Domestic. Should have a knowledge on customer claim Manage and should report On Time Delivery, Workload Efficiency, etc. against the targets
