Key Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led training sessions on SAP ABAP concepts and applications. Teach core ABAP topics including : Data Dictionary Reports Module Pool Programming Enhancements BDC ALV Reports Smart Forms / SAP Scripts RFC, BAPI, IDOC Object-Oriented ABAP Interfaces and Performance Tuning Conduct practical demonstrations, assignments, and project-based learning sessions. Develop and update training content, presentations, and lab exercises. Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees during projects and assessments. Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions. Support learners in interview preparation and real-time project understanding. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends. Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, reporting, and batch management. Required Skills Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts. Hands-on experience in SAP development and implementation projects. Good understanding of SAP modules and integration concepts. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners. Experience in classroom, online, or corporate training environments. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA ABAP concepts is an added advantage. Educational Qualification Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. SAP ABAP Certification preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile Passion for teaching and mentoring. Ability to handle multiple batches and learner levels. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
