We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing team in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). This internship is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and performance marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing and monitoring Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Support in creating ad copies, creatives, and campaign strategies. Track campaign performance, leads, clicks, and conversions. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. Help optimize campaigns to improve ROI and performance. Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives. Prepare basic performance reports and insights. Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform updates. Requirements Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Interest in digital marketing and performance marketing. Good analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of social media platforms and online advertising. Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is preferred. Preferred Skills Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus. Knowledge of Canva or basic creative tools. Understanding of lead generation and campaign optimization.
