About the Role
As a Business Development Associate (Academic Counsellor), you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and guiding prospective learners throughout their enrollment journey. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets in a fast-paced EdTech environment. Key Responsibilities Market Research and Analysis - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Lead Generation - Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital platforms. Goal Setting and Reporting - Achieving and maintain the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Excellent and proficient verbal and written English communication skills. A passion for sales and target achievement. Preliminary knowledge of LSQ/LeadSquared is preferred. Prior experience in sales is mandatory. Note: The offered CTC of 7 – 8.4 LPA is fixed.
