At SchoolXP, our marketing layer— MarketingXP —unifies data from ads, organic search, and advanced search ecosystems like GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) . This role requires a unique mind: someone who can devour complex, cutting-edge tech concepts, absorb them deeply, and then communicate them with absolute authority and crisp clarity to university deans and school superintendents. We want raw, unconditioned talent. We want people who are eager to learn, build, and grow together alongside an elite engineering and product team. What You Will Do Comprehend & Contextualize: Read, unpack, and master deep edtech concepts, university accreditation frameworks, and agentic AI architectures. Execute GEO & AEO Strategies: Help draft, refine, and optimize high-performance thought leadership, blogs, and documentation designed to rank at the top of AI search engines and traditional queries. Own the Narrative: Build and deploy hyper-personalized email outreach sequences, product-led marketing assets, and social campaigns that turn absolute strangers into high-intent trial sign-ups. Collaborate in Real-Time: Work directly with product innovators and creators to translate abstract data capabilities into clear, empathetic, and action-oriented value propositions for institutions. Who You Are (Requirements) Experience Baseline: 0 to 2 years of maximum work experience. We are intentionally looking for fresh minds. Education: Undergraduates are fully allowed and encouraged to apply. Your hunger and cognitive ability matter vastly more than a piece of paper. Exceptional English Command: You must possess stellar communication skills , demonstrating impeccable fluency in both written and spoken English . This role depends heavily on your ability to argue a point clearly, compose elegant prose, and speak with analytical authority. The Conceptual Mind: You are someone who loves to pull things apart, understand how they work, and explain them simply. You thrive when given a complex technical concept to learn on the fly.
