Role Description We are seeking a skilled C2C Bench Sales Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role located in Brahmapur. The recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruitment, focusing on connecting with candidates, maintaining strong professional relationships, and identifying opportunities for placements. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, submitting profiles, managing accounts, coordinating with clients, and negotiating offers. The role also involves close collaboration with sales teams and ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and C2C Bench Sales processes Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring strategies Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Familiarity with the technology industry is an advantage
