About the Role
Job Purpose - D&I, the Digital and Integration division of Schlumberger, seeks interns, who will work with our Application Support Analysts to serve as the Level 2 support of our internal business systems. The interns will be primarily responsible for executing standard instruction-based tasks. In addition, they will participate in testing, and documentation of the applications they are engaged in. Key Functions - Engage with L2 Support analysts to review tickets that have come in the remedy queue. Resolve L2 support tickets that can be resolved based on standard work instructions. Address Change Requests based on standard work instructions. Create user documents based on enhancements and fixes that go in a software release, based on requirements provided by IT PMs. Test applications and document test results based on test cases. Test cases will be documented and provided to the interns. Work with L2 Support analysts and IT PM's over application uptime Skills & Competencies Pursuing College Master Degree in Computing or related discipline Analytical Skills - understanding of problem or situation by breaking it down Attention to Detail - Apply quality standards to all tasks undertaken Strong Oral and written communication skills in English Ability to work effectively with global teams
