Human Resources Trainee Internship in Bangalore
About the Role
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Develop and assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-up. Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus hiring, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screening interviews (via phone or in person). Coordinate with hiring managers to define requirements for open positions. Maintain candidate database and update status regularly. Support in onboarding and joining formalities of new hires. Prepare and publish recruitment reports. Participate in job fairs and recruitment drives when required.
