Key Responsibilities: - Record and reconcile income and expenses across all rental properties using QuickBooks Online - Generate monthly owner statements, P&L reports, and cash flow summaries Process vendor invoices, maintenance bills, and contractor payments accurately and on time - Assist with bank reconciliations and preparation of financial reports for management review - Handle guest and property owner inquiries via email, messaging apps, and phone during EST hours - Coordinate with the operations team to resolve booking issues, complaints, and escalations - Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and documentation in shared drives - Support onboarding of new property owners with document collection and account setup Qualifications Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting (Knowledge of US Accounting) Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and cash flow management Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Excel, or similar platforms Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional accounting certification (preferred) Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
