Key Responsibilities: Snapbot Photobooths creates premium photo booth and event experiences for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, brand activations, launches, planners, venues and private celebrations.

We are hiring a Creative Designer / AI Design Trainee who can learn Snapbot's design system, use AI tools smartly, and get real production designs done quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create event design assets for Snapbot photobooth experiences: overlays, start screens, sharing screens, print templates, event creatives, signage and social media visuals.

2. Use AI tools for faster design workflows: ideation, moodboards, background concepts, asset cleanup, image edits, prompt-based explorations, variation generation and copy/layout support.

3. Convert AI concepts into polished, usable production designs using Canva/Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator or equivalent tools.

4. Follow Snapbot brand rules, event-specific requirements, client names/dates/hashtags/logos, dimensions, safe zones and export formats.

5. Work with the event/configuration team to prepare assets correctly for photobooth use, not just pretty mockups.

6. Support Instagram posts, story creatives, carousels, reels covers, ad creatives, venue/planner pitch visuals and campaign assets.

7. Maintain organized source files, exports, version names and asset handoff checklists.

8. Take feedback quickly, improve taste and build repeatable templates/workflows for faster future events.

AI training:

1. Use AI tools for visual research, moodboards, prompt packs, and generating faster design variations.

2. Use AI-generated concepts as a starting point rather than the final output.

3. Clean, refine, compose, and align AI-generated outputs with brand guidelines using design tools.

4. Learn the difference between visually appealing concepts and production-ready event assets.

5. Conduct quality checks for readability, visual hierarchy, print/share crop ratios, correct names and dates, safe areas, brand consistency, and overall event readiness.
