Role Description The Master Trainer - Deep Tech (B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering advanced technical training programs in deep tech domains such as data science, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and cloud computing. In this full-time, on-site role based in Noida, the candidate will mentor and upskill trainers, facilitate workshops, create course structures, conduct assessments, and ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards. The candidate will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve teaching methodologies and ensure high-quality delivery. Qualifications Advanced technical skills in programming languages like Python, Java, and knowledge of Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and mentoring trainers Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts Analytical thinking and adaptability in addressing evolving technological trends Bachelor's/Master's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or MCA Certification in relevant technical domains or teaching methodologies is a plus Experience working in communities or for non-profits is desirable
