Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with occasional flexibility for remote work. The role of Procurement and Sourcing – MEP Categories involves handling purchase orders, conducting supplier evaluations, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement processes. The successful candidate will ensure cost-effective sourcing while maintaining high-quality standards and will work closely with internal teams to optimize the supply chain for MEP categories. Qualifications Strong experience with Purchase Orders and Procurement processes Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and establishing supplier relationships Expertise in Contract Negotiation and terms agreement Sharp Analytical Skills, with proven capability in data-driven decision-making Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a hybrid environment Experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) categories is preferred Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Familiarity with modern supply chain technologies and tools is an advantage
