Support & Troubleshooting:

Provide first-level support for Salesforce users, resolving basic issues related to login, navigation, and permissions.

Reporting & Analytics:

Build or update reports and dashboards to support team performance tracking and decision-making.

Documentation:

Document Salesforce workflows, processes, and “how-to” guides for end-users.
