About the Role
• Data Collection & Cleaning:Gather data from public filings, company disclosures, and internal databases, and clean it for downstream analytics.
• Data Validation:Apply quality checks to detect anomalies, missing values, and inconsistencies, and resolve them with proper documentation.
• Reporting & Dashboards:Build Excel-based and BI-tool dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) for internal and external stakeholders.
• SQL & Analytics:Write SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and run basic analytical tasks.
• Process Automation:Identify repetitive workflows and propose automation using Excel macros, Python scripts, or RPA tools.
• Documentation:Maintain process documentation, data dictionaries, and audit trails per S&P Global’s compliance standards.
• Stakeholder Communication:Coordinate with onshore analysts and product managers to clarify requirements and deliver outputs on time.
