Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs, interpreting technical drawings, setting up and operating CNC machinery, and ensuring high-precision machining processes. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in CNC Programming and general Programming for machining processes Comprehensive understanding of Technical Drawings and blueprints for manufacturing Hands-on experience in Machining and Milling operations Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment Knowledge of safety standards and guidelines in machining environments Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field Prior experience in the Aerospace or Automation industry is an added advantage
