About the Role
Key Responsibilities Maintain and regularly update accurate customer, sales, and inventory databases. Manage daily production and billing schedules, ensuring timelines align with customer expectations and sales commitments. Coordinate daily with the production floor to track the manufacturing progress of solar inverters and resolve operational bottlenecks. Compile and share accurate daily sales and dispatch reports with the Channel Sales Head. Operate the company's ERP software to process orders, track billing, and update production statuses in real time.
