Job Description Remaining Positions: 1 Details: Website Support Engineer (0-2 Years) Role Overview: The Website Support Engineer is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, maintenance, and issue resolution for company websites and related digital platforms. The role ensures websites remain functional, secure, updated, and optimized for performance while supporting business teams with content updates, troubleshooting, and coordination with development or hosting teams. Key Responsibilities Monitor website uptime, performance, and basic security alerts Resolve issues such as broken links, form errors, SSL problems, and page load failures Update website content (text, images, PDFs) via CMS Support deployments and post-release testing Coordinate with developers, infra, and content teams Maintain documentation and incident logs Job Requirements Details: Technical Skills Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Familiarity with any CMS (WordPress, EPiServer/Optimizely, Umbraco, etc.). Knowledge of hosting environments (Windows/IIS). Basic SQL query skills (optional but beneficial). Understanding of REST APIs and browser developer tools. Ability to troubleshoot SSL, DNS, and HTTP/HTTPS errors. Tools Knowledge (Good to Have) Git or any source control system Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools Ticketing tools like ServiceNow Soft Skills Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs. Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Good problem-solving mindset. Pay Range: Based on Experience
