Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a STEM and Robotics Coach based in Gandhinagar. The coach will engage with students to deliver hands-on training in robotics, programming, and STEM subjects, ensuring an interactive and stimulating learning experience. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing workshops, assisting students in STEM competitions, mentoring them in project-building, and fostering their curiosity and creativity in technology-related fields. Qualifications Expertise in Robotics and proficiency in Programming with hands-on experience using relevant tools and technologies Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with students and convey STEM concepts in an accessible manner Experience in delivering Training and mentoring to students with a focus on creativity and skill development in STEM fields Strong understanding of STEM education and its applications, including AI, coding, and innovative technologies Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred Passion for STEM education and empowering students with critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills
