Company: Supply6 Location: Bengaluru Job Type: Full-time CTC: ₹4 - 4.5 LPA Experience: Freshers only About the Role We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and execution-focused Quick Commerce Associate to manage day-to-day order flow across quick commerce and marketplace platforms. The role sits at the intersection of operations, logistics, inventory, and platform coordination, and is critical to ensuring that orders are tracked, dispatched, and fulfilled accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities PO Tracking & Management Track incoming Purchase Orders across platforms and maintain a structured, real-time tracker with accurate order status updates. Ensure there are no missed orders, duplicate entries, or incorrect updates. Dispatch Planning & Coordination Coordinate with the logistics team on a daily basis to plan and execute dispatches based on order priority, expiry timelines, transit time, and platform requirements. Inventory Visibility & Allocation Monitor SKU-level stock availability across platforms, identify shortages or stock imbalances, and flag them to the relevant team on time. Cross-Team Coordination Work closely with operations, logistics, and finance teams to resolve platform-related dependencies such as payment issues, approvals, debit notes, or order discrepancies. Issue Identification & Resolution Track order flow regularly, identify delays or bottlenecks early, and follow up with the relevant teams to ensure smooth end-to-end fulfilment.
