About Suprajanan Suprajanan is an early learning brand for ages 0–3, built on the idea that Indian Knowledge Systems and modern neuroscience belong on the same shelf. Our products are designed for the most important window of a child's life: the first 1,000 days. We sell D2C and on Amazon FBA across India. The Role You'll work directly with the founder on everything that makes our brand show up online - organic content, paid social, influencer collaborations, and the numbers that tell us what's working. Real campaigns, real customers, from week one. What You'll Do Social media growth (primarily Instagram) Plan and execute a weekly content calendar across Reels, carousels, and stories Track follower growth, engagement, and reach week-on-week Content creation Write Reel scripts, captions, and hooks in our brand voice Help shoot and edit short-form videos in CapCut / InShot / Canva Posting & community management Schedule posts and respond to comments and DMs Run comment-to-DM CTAs and convert warm leads into purchases Influencer marketing Research and shortlist parenting / pregnancy / Indic-culture creators Manage outreach, briefs, deliverables, and written usage rights for UGC Reporting & dashboards Build and update a weekly dashboard pulling from Meta Ads, Instagram, Shopify, and Amazon Translate numbers into a one-page what's working / what's not / what's next note Who We're Looking For A current student or recent grad with strong written English Comfort with Instagram as a creator, not just a scroller Basic Canva + short-form video editing (CapCut / InShot) Comfort with spreadsheets - not scared of numbers A bias for shipping over polishing Bonus: Hindi or any Indian language; interest in early childhood, parenting, or Indic traditions; past Meta Ads exposure What You'll Get Real ownership of campaigns from brief to reporting Direct mentorship from the founder A portfolio of campaigns, content, and dashboards you can point to Internship completion certificate and letter of recommendation Performance-based conversion to a paid full-time role for the right person How To Apply Apply directly through this LinkedIn job post - just hit Easy Apply and send us your CV.
