Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Support and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships Experience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting issues effectively Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and operational processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment Experience or interest in wellness, yoga, or health-related industries is a plus Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
