2. Monitor the functioning of interactive displays, projectors, and digital installations.

3. Coordinate with the development team to deploy updates and maintain system stability.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical issues related to AV hardware, servers, or network systems.

5. Communicate technical issues clearly with the development or technical teams for quick resolution.

6. Perform basic system diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and routine checks.

7. Maintain logs of system status, issues, and fixes.
