Role Overview We are looking for a highly disciplined and data-driven Exercise Scientist to design and deliver personalised fitness programs.This role blends scientific assessment, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to improve long-term health outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities Design personalised exercise programs based on diagnostics, medical history, and fitness assessments Continuously monitor and refine training plans using health data (bloodwork, wearables, assessments) Evaluate client progress across exercise, nutrition, sleep, and medical parameters Deliver 1:1 coaching session at premium residential gyms and clubhouses Collaborate with doctors, nutritionists, and internal experts to ensure an integrated health approach Maintain high standards of client engagement, tracking, and reporting Candidate Requirements Bachelor's / Master's in Exercise Science, Sports Science,Physiotherapy , or related field Certifications preferred: NSCA / ASCA / UKSCA (Strength& Conditioning) Experience training general population (novice to intermediate) ; athlete experience is a plus Strong understanding of data-driven training methodologies Excellent communication skills in English (written& spoken) High levels of discipline, punctuality, and ownership
