We're looking for a highly motivated, confident, and fashion-forward sales intern to work closely with the Founding Team and gain hands-on exposure to sales, client management, fashion retail operations, and brand growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Relations • Assist in driving sales across online, retail, exhibitions, and B2B channels • Interact with customers and provide personalized styling and product recommendations • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients • Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other channels • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities Content Creation • Good behind the camera and basic editing skills • Understanding of paid Meta ads Sales Operations & Reporting • Maintain sales records, customer databases, and order tracking sheets • Assist in inventory coordination and stock management • Help prepare sales reports and performance summaries Business Development • Research potential collaborations, stockists, boutiques, and partnership opportunities • Support outreach to stylists, influencers, and fashion communities • Assist in identifying new sales channels and growth opportunities E-commerce & Customer Support • Coordinate with operations for order processing and dispatch tracking • Support customer servicing and post-purchase communication • Assist with Shopify website product uploads, catalog updates, and online inquiries Who Should Apply • Bachelor's/Master's student or recent graduate in Fashion, Business, Marketing, Retail, or related fields • Strong interest in fashion, sales, retail, and startup environments • Good Shooting and editing skills • Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented personality • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and social media platforms • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Based in Kolkata (Mandatory) What You'll Gain • Hands-on experience in fashion sales, retail, and customer relations • Opportunity to work closely on exhibitions, launches, and growth initiatives • Stipend Tagore Crafts Private Limited is an equal opportunity employer.
