The Tour Operator will handle comprehensive trip planning, manage customer reservations, assist in booking guided tours, and ensure smooth coordination of travel arrangements. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, offering travel-related advice, and assisting in meeting client expectations. Additionally, the Tour Operator will actively contribute to sales by promoting travel packages to prospective clients. Qualifications Experience in Guided Tours and a strong understanding of Travel & Tourism Proficiency in handling Customer Service and facilitating Reservations Sales knowledge to assist with the promotion and selling of travel packages Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities Familiarity with travel booking software or platforms is an advantage Relevant certification or degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field is a plus
