Company: Tibarumal Gems & Jewels Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad Salary: Based on market standards & last drawn salary Role Overview A Junior Sales Executive assists in driving sales by identifying potential customers, maintaining client relationships, and supporting senior sales staff in achieving targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential customers (calls, visits) Assist in generating leads and converting them into sales Maintain relationships with existing clients Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/services Prepare and deliver basic sales presentations Follow up on inquiries and pending deals Maintain sales records and update CRM systems Support senior sales executives in closing deals Achieve assigned sales targets. Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic negotiation and persuasion abilities Confidence and a positive attitude Time management and organizational skills Basic knowledge of sales techniques. Qualifications SSC complete but not necessary 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer service Freshers are often eligible. Preferred Qualities Self-motivated and target-driven Willingness to learn and adapt Ability to work in a team Basic understanding of the industry/product
