Accounts Management Daily updating of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in ZOHO Books for all bank accounts. Regular reconciliation of customer and vendor ledger statements. Reconciliation of GSTR-2B data and coordination for booking unaccounted bills. Review of purchase data in books and follow-up with vendors for GST return filing compliance. Monitoring and maintaining employee project and travel advance ledgers accurately. Cash & Expense Handling Monitor petty cash balances and maintain related expense records. Record employee reimbursements based on reporting manager and Finance Manager approvals, and obtain management approval when required. Review, follow up, and collect expense detail sand supporting documents from Site Engineers and the Accounts project-related expenses. Reporting & Documentation Update daily financial and operational reports in Excel as required. Maintain Fixed Asset records and reports. Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports as needed. Audit & Compliance Understanding of GST rules and compliance practices. Support internal and statutory auditors during audit processes by providing necessary data, reconciliations, and documentation Bank Coordination Liaise with bankers for banking-related activities and provide necessary documentation support for Import remittances and IDPMS data closure. Maintain bank-related documents and coordinate the timely submission of required documents to the bank as and when requested.
