Company: The Draft Company (TDC) Location: Work From Home (Remote) Duration: 3–6 Months Type: Internship (Target-Based) About Us The Draft Company (TDC) is a strategic branding and growth agency helping businesses scale through branding, marketing, and end-to-end execution . We work with startups, real estate brands, and tech companies to build strong, scalable growth systems. Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven Sales / Business Development Intern who can generate leads, initiate conversations, and help drive business growth. This is a target-based role , ideal for someone who is hungry to learn sales and is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Generate and manage qualified leads Reach out to prospects via calls, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Understand client requirements and pitch TDC services Schedule meetings and consultations Maintain a lead tracker / CRM Consistent follow-ups to move leads towards closure Performance Expectations Daily outreach activity (calls/messages) Weekly lead generation targets Meeting scheduling targets (This is a performance-driven role with clear targets) What We're Looking For Strong communication and persuasion skills Confidence in speaking with clients Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset Interest in sales, marketing, and business growth Basic knowledge of LinkedIn / digital platforms is a plus Stipend & Incentives 5,000/month fixed stipend Performance-based incentives (on conversions) Certificate of Internship Opportunity for a full-time role based on performance What You'll Gain Real experience in sales & business development Exposure to the branding and marketing industry Hands-on learning in lead generation & client handling Direct work with founders and live business scenarios How to Apply Send your resume to: [HIDDEN TEXT] Subject: Application for Sales/BD Intern – TDC
