The ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech sales and a strong ability to understand customer needs, drive conversions, and contribute to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries. Conduct consultative sales calls to understand learner needs. Provide detailed counselling on Scaler's programs and career paths. Follow up with leads to drive enrolments and meet monthly sales targets. Maintain high lead-to-conversion ratios through structured communication. Manage CRM updates and ensure data accuracy. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth student onboarding. Participate in sales reviews, training, and performance discussions.
