Key Responsibilities Customer Profiling & Feedback. Call customers to understand: Preferences Buying behavior Feedback on products Maintain structured data for insights Abandoned Cart Conversion Reach out to customers who abandoned their carts before checkout Understand objections and drive conversions Meet daily/weekly conversion targets Return Retention Calls Speak with customers who have raised return requests Attempt to Convert returns into exchanges Attempt to Gather actionable feedback What We're Looking For Prior experience in Inside Sales / Customer Support (Voice Process) is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
