Human Resources Intern
About the Role
To-Let Globe is hiring for the role of Human Resource Intern! Responsibilities of the Intern: Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Provide support to employees with HR-related inquiries and issues Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics Assist with the recruitment and selection process Maintain employee records and files Prepare and present HR-related reports and presentations Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and legal compliance Requirements: Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field Strong understanding of HR principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Duration: 93 days + 6 days training Location: Work from home Working Days: 6 days a week from Monday - Saturday Working hours: 3 flexible working hours ( In between 9 AM to 9 PM ) Stipend: UNPAID Benefits: Certificate of Completion, Letter of Appreciation, and a Progress Report.
