About the Role
Location: Indore Work Schedule: 5 days working (rotational week-offs) 10-hour shifts Rotational shifts with core night shifts Job Description: The Customer Support Executive will handle customer interactions via chat, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The role requires strong written communication, multitasking ability, and adherence to quality and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer chats professionally and accurately Provide timely resolutions and clear information Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously Document interactions and follow SOPs Meet defined quality, accuracy, and SLA metrics Eligibility & Skills Required: Undergraduate freshers are eligible B2 level English proficiency (written) Typing speed: 30+ WPM with 90%+ accuracy Basic computer knowledge and multitasking skills Willingness to work rotational shifts and night shifts CTC (Salary): Freshers: ₹24,000 + ₹2,000 (PLI) Experienced: ₹26,000 + ₹2,000 (PLI) Facilities & Benefits: Cab facility for female employees during odd hours (as per company policy)
