Key Responsibilities : Resolve complex customer queries via real-time chat platforms. Maintain high standards of accuracy and Turnaround Time (TAT). Troubleshoot issues and provide end-to-end solutions. Uphold the brand's reputation through polished, professional correspondence. Candidate Requirements : Education: Open to both Undergraduates and Graduates from any stream. Language Proficiency: Exceptional written English skills are mandatory (grammar, punctuation, and professional tone). Location: Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the Tricity area. Availability: Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Up to ₹36,000 CTC per month (commensurate with experience). Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotational week-offs.
