Job Requirements: Own and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end — from identifying opportunities using data to creating content, launching campaigns, and reporting results. Design and implement retention and reactivation campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and in-app channels to drive agent engagement and business growth. Collaborate with product & sales teams to craft ideas that solve real business problems, not just communication ones. Create campaign content and communication (posts, mailers, in-app creatives, or WhatsApp messages) aligned with business goals and brand tone. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance , using tools like Sheets, Amplitude, or CleverTap — and iterate fast based on learnings. Stay curious and proactive about market and competitor trends to fuel new growth ideas.
