Profile - Social Media Executive Location - Civil Lines , Jaipur Work Mode : Onsite Timings - 10:30 am to 7 pm Salary - 25 k - 30 k [ In Hand ] Trumpet Media — a results-driven digital marketing and web development agency with offices in Jaipur & Bangalore — is hiring a Social Media Executive to join our growing team. We work closely with fast-scaling D2C brands and well-known names like Uber, Swiggy , and top designer labels. If you're passionate about strategy, creativity, and digital innovation, this role is for you! Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive at Trumpet Media in Jaipur. You will be responsible for overseeing creative direction, developing creative strategies, defining brand strategies, conducting research, and writing compelling content to engage audiences and drive engagement on social handles for our clients. Strategic Thinking and Research Brand positioning – Understanding how to define and differentiate a brand in the market. Campaign planning – Ability to create campaign blueprints from concept to execution aligned with brand objectives. Data-driven decision making – Interpreting engagement metrics to inform creative direction. Research - Ability to do market research and competition research Creative & Conceptual Thinking Idea generation – Ability to come up with fresh, original campaign ideas that cut through noise. Visual communication understanding – Knowing how design and copy work together to deliver a unified message. Trends awareness – Keeping up with cultural, digital, and industry trends to keep strategies relevant Communication & Collaboration Client communication – Translating client briefs into strategic plans; presenting ideas persuasively. Creative briefs – Writing clear, inspiring briefs for design, copy, video, and digital teams. Cross-functional collaboration – Working with designers, writers, marketers, media buyers, etc., to align vision and execution. Feedback & iteration – Giving and receiving creative feedback constructively. Business Acumen Understanding of marketing funnels – Awareness of how creative fits into awareness, consideration, and conversion. Budget & resource awareness – Developing creative that meets business goals within constraints. Competitive analysis – Studying competitors marketing to identify white space or new angles. Tool & Platform Knowledge Presentation tools – Strong proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, or Google Slides for pitching ideas. Creative tools – Knowledge of Canva is a must Project management – Tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to stay organized and communicate efficiently. Team Management Team work -Ability to work well in a team and different stakeholders Time management – Meeting deadlines and producing content consistently.
