Associate Supply Manager
About the Role
Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Supply Manager Associate to support vendor onboarding, supply coordination, procurement tracking, and operational follow-through across projects. The role involves working closely with vendors, internal operations teams, project teams, and category managers to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth supply execution. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling coordination-heavy workflows, vendor communication, data tracking, and operational problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Supply & Vendor Coordination Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, order confirmations, dispatch timelines, and delivery tracking Support onboarding and documentation of new vendors Maintain vendor databases, pricing sheets, and supply records Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material availability Procurement Operations Assist in purchase order processing and tracking Coordinate with internal stakeholders for material requirements and approvals Monitor procurement timelines and escalate delays proactively Track pending orders, shortages, and replacement requests Inventory & Supply Tracking Maintain accurate records of inward/outward materials Coordinate with warehouse and site teams regarding dispatches and receipts Support stock reconciliation and reporting activities Help identify supply gaps and excess inventory situations Data Management & Reporting Prepare MIS reports related to procurement, supply status, vendor performance, and delivery timelines Maintain operational dashboards and trackers Analyze supply issues and support process improvements Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with operations, design, execution, finance, and logistics teams Ensure smooth communication between vendors and internal stakeholders Support resolution of supply-related issues during project execution Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field 0–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or vendor management Strong coordination and follow-up skills Good communication and negotiation abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience in interiors, construction, manufacturing, furniture, or retail supply operations Familiarity with ERP or procurement management systems Basic understanding of inventory and logistics workflows Key Competencies Ownership mindset Problem-solving ability Process orientation Vendor relationship management Time management Team collaboration Skills: vendors,procurement,operations,management,supply
