The Regional Partner will be responsible for building relationships with educational institutions, businesses, and potential partners within an assigned region. Daily responsibilities include managing partnerships, executing strategies to improve employer and institutional engagement, facilitating networking opportunities, and creatively contributing to the platform's growth. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying and scaling opportunities within the education and employment ecosystem. Qualifications Strong networking, relationship management, and partner engagement skills Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation Knowledge of business development, strategic planning, and market insights in the education and employment sectors Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and drive results Familiarity with digital platforms, recruitment solutions, and freelancing ecosystems Experience in collaborating with educational institutions and employers is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven ability to thrive in a remote working environment
