About the Role
Duration : 3-6 months Work mode/time: Full-Time Location : Bangalore (Whitefield) About Unloq : We are a funded startup and flipping the script on how Enterprises and Banks scale. Unloq is a fresh growth engine that lets Banks and consumer apps team up for hyper-targeted campaigns, making sure they have exponential growth and see serious ROI. We're growing fast and looking for core team members who want to build something from the ground up. Key Responsibilities : Identify and research potential brands, partners, and leads Support outbound reach-outs across email, LinkedIn, and other channels Help prepare sales decks, one-pagers, and outreach material Create and improve product demo videos and walkthroughs Support market research and competitive analysis Track outreach efforts and maintain structured sales hygiene Work closely with the founder and business team on growth initiatives and ad-hoc projects This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how early-stage growth and business development actually work. What are we Looking for : Strong communication skills (written + verbal) High ownership and willingness to learn quickly Comfortable with internet research and structured thinking Strong presentation sense and attention to detail Comfortable using Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, and AI tools Someone proactive who enjoys figuring things out independently Interest in startups, sales, growth, fintech, or partnerships Be a part of an early stage funded startup , get to work on interesting problems and get to work on real business problems with high ownership and steep learning.
