About the Role
Key Responsibilities: AU Small Finance Bank is India's leading retail-focused bank with a strong presence across urban and rural markets. Key responsibilities:
1. Acquire CASA and liability accounts through cold calling, market references, cross-selling, and third-party products (life & health insurance, mutual fund SIPs).
2. Execute branch-level sales and marketing initiatives to grow the liabilities portfolio and achieve targets.
3. Meet liability acquisition goals by building new relationships and leveraging the existing customer base.
4. Acquire new customers via multiple channels including local campaigns, branch walk-ins, referrals, industry bodies, and associations.
5. Achieve overall volume and value targets as defined in the scorecard.
6. Ensure timely account opening and a smooth onboarding experience for NTB customers.
7. Comply with KYC, AML regulations and all bank policies and guidelines.
8. Maintain strict confidentiality of bank and customer information; no third-party disclosure in any form.
Program description:
This training-led Banking Career Program offers graduates a structured pathway into the Bank Officer role at the AU Bank. Candidates receive professional Online training from upGrad, followed by 2 months on-the-job training at AU Bank to gain hands-on experience. On successful completion of the training and fulfillment of defined performance criteria, candidates will be Interviewed and selected candidates will be onboarded into a full-time role at AU Bank.
Program Fee & Selection Process
1. Program fee: 41,300 (inclusive of GST)
2. Includes: Online training, On job training, & final interview
3. Salary: 3.5 LPA + Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives (post joining full-time)
4. Candidates who are not selected after the final interview are eligible for a 10,000 refund from the training partner.
Loan Option Available:
1. Minimum self-funding: ₹5,000
2. Minimum loan amount: ₹35,000
3. Candidates opting for a loan must not exceed ₹6,300 as self-payment
