1. Execute field activations, area mapping, and local outreach

2. Identify high-potential zones for supply acquisition

3. Drive walk-ins, referrals, and direct sourcing through ground efforts

B. Supply Acquisition & Onboarding

1. Identify and onboard service professionals (helpers/domestic workers)

2. Pitch Urban Company’s value proposition and onboard partners

3. Ensure quick turnaround from lead → onboarding → activation

C. Field Execution & Hustle

1. Work extensively on the ground (markets, residential areas, hotspots)

2. Meet daily/weekly onboarding targets

3. Ensure a strong pipeline through continuous field effort

D. Problem Solving on Ground

1. Solve real-time supply challenges in assigned areas

2. Improve conversion and reduce drop-offs in the onboarding funnel
