Job Responsibilities** Assist in administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations. Support the Syt (System) team with documentation, data entry, and basic analysis tasks. Organize and maintain project files and databases. Help in coordinating internal and external communication. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions. Assist with research and information gathering as required. Support logistics for team events or workshops. Job Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Basic understanding of automotive industry or systems engineering concepts is a plus.
