Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong business relationships. The selected candidate will collaborate with clients to provide tailored real estate management and advisory solutions, contributing to portfolio growth and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation Proficiency in Business and Account Management Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships Result-oriented attitude with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in real estate market trends and related tools is an advantage Relevant experience in real estate, financial services, or investment management is preferred A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
