About the Role
• Data Analysis:Analyse healthcare billing, claims, and operational data to surface insights for client engagements.
• Reporting:Build daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and BI tools for internal and external stakeholders.
• Data Quality:Identify and resolve data quality issues by working with operations and technology teams.
• SQL Queries:Write SQL queries to extract data from healthcare databases and validate report accuracy.
• Dashboard Support:Help maintain dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to track revenue cycle KPIs.
• Process Documentation:Document processes, data definitions, and analysis methodologies for the team knowledge base.
• Collaboration:Coordinate with US and India teams to gather requirements and deliver analysis on tight timelines.
