Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CA Articled Assistant based in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting in audit processes, conducting compliance checks, preparing financial statements, and supporting taxation and advisory tasks under the guidance of experienced Chartered Accountants. The Articled Assistant will gain comprehensive exposure to diverse aspects of accounting, auditing, tax planning, and management consulting while working closely with seasoned professionals. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles (e.g., preparation of financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations). Auditing and Assurance skills, including knowledge of statutory and internal audit processes. Proficiency in Taxation, including direct and indirect tax concepts and tax filing. Ability to conduct Compliance Checklists and adhere to regulatory standards. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to handle challenging financial scenarios effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork and professional interactions. Proficiency in using accounting and auditing software is an advantage. Pursuing CA with successful completion of the required competencies from ICAI regulations.
