We are hiring fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to how a startup operates across business functions. This is not a narrow internship role. This is a structured management trainee role where you will work across multiple business teams before getting aligned to a long-term track. What You'll Work On Over the first few months, you will rotate across different business functions including: Client relationship management Sales and business development Marketing and outbound campaigns Lead generation and prospecting Customer coordination and follow-ups CRM management and reporting Research and execution support for leadership You will get exposure to real customer conversations, growth execution, sales processes, and day-to-day business problem solving inside a fast-moving startup.
