About WareIQ WareIQ is a YC-backed eCommerce fulfillment and logistics technology company helping brands scale across D2C, marketplaces, quick commerce, and B2B channels across India. We work with 400+ brands and operate at the intersection of logistics, SaaS, operations, and commerce infrastructure. We are hiring fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to how a startup operates across business functions. This is not a narrow internship role. This is a structured management trainee role where you will work across multiple business teams before getting aligned to a long-term track. What You'll Work On Over the first few months, you will rotate across different business functions including: Client relationship management Sales and business development Marketing and outbound campaigns Lead generation and prospecting Customer coordination and follow-ups CRM management and reporting Research and execution support for leadership You will get exposure to real customer conversations, growth execution, sales processes, and day-to-day business problem solving inside a fast-moving startup. After the training period, you will be assigned a more focused track based on: Your strengths Business requirements Performance during the trainee period Potential tracks may include: Business development Enterprise sales Account management Growth & outbound marketing Customer success Strategic partnerships Who Should Apply Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience Strong communication and learning ability Curious, hardworking, and execution-oriented mindset Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments Ability to take ownership without constant supervision Interest in startups, eCommerce, logistics, SaaS, or growth functions Good To Have Internship experience in startups Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, or AI tools Strong writing and communication skills Ability to learn new tools quickly What We Value Ownership over titles Speed over bureaucracy Structured communication Problem solving under pressure People who proactively flag blockers instead of waiting Working Style Bangalore-based role High ownership and steep learning curve Direct exposure to founders and leadership Fast execution environment with real responsibilities from Day 1 Compensation Based on profile and capability Strong learning opportunity across multiple business functions
