Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Field Sales Representative. The responsibilities include identifying and generating sales leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents, conducting product presentations, and closing sales. The role involves traveling across cities such as Agra, Varanasi, Jhansi, Meerut, and Gorakhpur to meet clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions with Weflygo's platform. This hands-on position requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic and client-focused environment. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Proficiency in Sales, including closing deals, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets. Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations, including managing pipelines and reporting sales data. Proven organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel frequently across the designated cities. Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
